I saw the coolest thing mentioned really quickly on Daily Candy today and I had to know more about Jennifer Kellogg’s Noodle Necklace.
She cast various noodles in 10k gold and sells each noodle individually. While these necklaces don’t come cheap – the one above with 10 noodles would fall somewhere around $10,000 – they are a fabulous twist on the many true noodle artworks my mother keeps in boxes in New Hampshire.
In further exploring Jennifer’s site I found other pieces I loved in her Diamonds and Outlines collections – specifically those that emulate big diamond rings and earrings.
This is white gold ring and while it may get caught on a sweater, I love the look.
18k “diamond studs” – no one would ever have to ask if they were real.
